The site that you are looking at right now is being designed for you as a WebQuest. A WebQuest is an educational web site. Within this WebQuest, I hope that you will learn about the wonderful history of our state. It will be gradually updated as Flat Brendan visits various locations within the state of New Jersey. Click on the pictures to the right to discover letters, pictures and videos, as they are produced, throughout Flat Brendan's visit.

INTRODUCTION TO THE WEBQUEST:

My nephew Brendan has asked me to be his learning partner for a project he is completing for his second grade social studies class. Brendan has chosen to learn more about the State of New Jersey and has sent his "flat ambassador", Flat Brendan, to visit with my family in New Jersey.

If Brendan's teacher and his classmates wish to use this site as a true WebQuest, then they can follow the buttons on the left of the screen beginning with Task. Otherwise, they can simply click on the links to the right of the screen to follow Flat Brendan's visit to New Jersey.
